Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I have been a custumer for many years and have always enjoyed excellant service for the money. The salon is always clean and I never feel my stylist is rushed. I believe the staff at this salon has been trained in custumer service and it shows compared to other salons.I will continue to be a custumer for many years to come. more

I've been a client for about 4-5 years. One of my favorite parts is the amount of time that the stylist takes with me at the beginning of each appointment to discuss what I would like to have done. She really listens and that makes a huge difference. more

Great Facial 1/28/2011

I always like the facials and massages I have at Ladies and Gentleman in Beechwood. It doesn't matter who I have, they are always great. But, the locker room is tiny and very uncomfortable. I gave up the idea of showering years ago. And there's only one toilet for the whole place. The original designers blew it when they designed the locker room. They also blew it when they designed some of the treatment rooms so near the noisy pedicure area. But I continue to go back because the services are consistently great. more

It was excellent as always - from the very welcoming and accommodating receptionists to my hair stylist, Liz Mann. Havimg my hair cut and styled, including my mini facial and hand massage, is just such a very relaxing evening for me. more

Pedicure 1/24/2011

The girl that did my pedicure was a bit rough with the cuticle cutters and my toes look like they have polish around the edges. I think it will wear off in a couple of days though. She did a nice job in the other areas of pedicure. The nail area needs some heat in the winter months, I froze the entire time, except when my feet were soaking. more

Great service in a beautiful setting. My stylist is a talented expert with a warm and friendly personality. I really appeciate the added touches that come with the service such as the arm and hand massage. more
