Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

totally new look! 1/22/2011

I've been wrestling with my hair lately & wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with it. Did my cut need cleaning up or was I in need of a whole new look. I was bored! So I went in to Shari @ the salon and we cam up with a fun edgy cut unlike anything i'd had before. I LOVE it! We probably cut off 3lbs of hair, gave me all kinds of volume, & even bangs which I haven't had in 15 yrs! Thanks for a great experience & great look! more

Ladies and Gentlemen always provides professional services. I could go to a less expensive place just to get a haircut, but the overall experience with the mini facial and hand massage make the extra few bucks well worth it! Keep up the good work. more

I was so excited to go here since my husband bought me a pretty nice sized gift certificate for Christmas. I decided I would go for a pedicure now and a full body massage closer to summer. I had an appointment at noon for my pedicure and wasn't taken until 12:26. Then I was taken back for my pedicure and got my feet into the little tub. Not even 60 seconds later my feet were both out of the water. 60 seconds to soak?! Much later into the process I looked down to see if the water was even still there and the tub was drained. After everything else was done, and I paid my bill, I was back into my car at 1:12. My pedicure was probably about 25 minutes long. That was the shortest and most expensive pedicure I have ever received. I was expecting so much more from a spa, and was left completely uninspired. more

Best Salon and Spa in Cleveland 1/8/2011

Ladies and Gentleman is, in my opinion, the best salon and Spa expereience in the Greater Cleveland Area. I highly recommend it to everyone. more
