Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Service Wonderful 4/25/2011

My stylist is simply the best. She does a wonderful job everytime U I go. She chose a great color and is always on top when keeping it healthy. I still enjoy it when I get a mini facial. They only concern I have is price. It makes it hard to come. If she wasn't so good I wouldn't come back. more

My experience at Ladies and Gentlemen 4/18/2011

My experience was very good at Ladies and Gentlemen. The front desk was very friendly. The lady who did my shampoo, massage and makeup was very sweet, and very gentle. And Shana did my hair cut and did a beautiful job. The cut is balanced (the right side is the same as the left side) and the style I wanted. I am very pleased with my experience. I will be back. Facial 4/9/2011

Once again, my facial with Penny was outstanding. I am recovering from a cold and left feeling 95% better. I don't expect miracles! Plus, my mother, visiting from out of town, had her hair styled. Everyone made her feel welcome and special. more
