Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Relaxing environment, pleasant receptionists who check you in. Rachel was a delight, and my hair cut was just the style I was looking for. Rachel also had some great suggestions when styling my hair at home, not just product information but technique. more

"Distractions & Noisy" 1/5/2011

There were multiple times during my services that I could hear people talking and laughing. When I was asked to wait in a quiet area (where the scents/oils were displayed) there was a gentleman also there ...but he was on his CELL PHONE!! Really... are there limits? Not relaxing at all.... I was really dissapointed. more

The stylist who cuts, colors and styles my hair is the best...professional, friendly, offers suggestions, and she always seems to know what is best for me as far as hair color, style, etc. more

It's nice being pampered! Stylist showed sincere interest in what I was looking for - and did it. She was caring and efficient but best of all my wife said she really like the cut. Can't ask for much more than that. more
