I bought a $3000 samsung DLP, it arrived DOA. Samsung gave me kwik tv's number. They trouble shot the problem over the phone, said it was a bad lamp & they had to order 1 & it may be 10 days before it came in. So I bought a lamp myself & had it overnighted, the lamp was not the problem! I called kwik back, they said they would need to pick it up & take it into the shop, still troubleshooting over the phone, I called samsung again, they said no, kwik must do the repair in the home, so I called kwik & told them that, they said call someone else. How about that for customer service! Please do not do business with them.
