I called Panasonic for service on my new plasma TV. I set the service up with them for 2 days later. Later that day, i got a call from Kwik, confirming the problem, and letting me know they were going to order a part. The next day, the part arrived in the morning, and Kwik said they could have someone out that afternoon. They came out, installed the parts, and got my TV going! All in less than 2 days!! Very good service!
