Absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!! Was quoted $300 to fix my TV and should take a week or less, I had to call 2 weeks later to find out what was going on. I was told they ordered the wrong part the first time and then the second time the part didn't work and he was going to order another and would be done in a couple days. Finally was called another WEEK later that it was ready. I went to pick it up and asked to speak with a manager. He explained what happened with the part said sorry for not calling, that they should have and didn't know why it wasn't done. I asked for at least a discount for such terrible service, he refused and tried to take my TV back and said he would just keep it and SELL IT!!!!! He told me he had too much money put into it and only charged me $100 for labor, and that I was one of the few to complain about anything and I agreed to the price in the first place. I was humiliated by 2 extremely rude men and when I got home the side of the TV was scratched!!!! Will never go back and would NEVER recommend anyone. more
