I have purchased 2 50+ inch lcd hdtvs and both have had problems, each time the warranty departments for samsung and for sharp have referred me to Kwik Service. Both TVs were kept for an unreasonable amount of time, many many weeks, months in one case, and warrant extensive phone calls to find out the status. Both TVs have been delivered to me with EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE! Kwik Service claims that the TVs are fixed, but they aren't, and they actually argue with you that there isn't a problem. If you can avoid this place, please do so at all costs.

Cons: terrible customer service, unsatisfactory performance, horribly long wait for return
