Called Kwik on Tuesday, they sent a tech (Jim) to my home on Wednesday. Jim diagnosed the problem, but did not have the part with him. He gave me an estimate, confirmed that the part was at their shop, and came out the next day to fix it. Great service! Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly people Cons: none thus far! more
