I work in outside sales and get to see a lot of different companies. I usually only write reviews after I have dealt with a company a couple of times and Klein Honda’s Service is amazing. The one thing that stands out the most is the willingness to go above a beyond the call of duty. When I give examples to my clients and customers of exceptional customer service I frequently use Klein Honda as the example. Just yesterday I was driving from Burlington to Seattle and I got a flat tire, I called Klein Honda and they said to bring it in right away and they would wait for me (it was almost 6pm when I called and they close at 6). I got there a little after 6:15pm and CJ and Ryan fixed my tire and got me back on the road. I can’t thank them enough and for that I will always go to and buy from Klein Honda!!!
