I visited Keith Pierson Toyota Orange Park, FL location on December 23, 2016. Before I came in my dad talked to Henry in the service department and gave him all the information of what was needed on my car. Henry made notes in the system so that it would be documented. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by one gentleman and immediately transferred to another gentleman (Tom Y.). I explained to Tom my dad had come in and spoke to Henry about what needed to be done. Tom blew it off and said we look over the car and let you know what needs to be done. My main issue was the RPMs and the check engine, ABS, and traction light. Tom told me it was the battery and that should fix the issue. Then another rep told me he was 100% sure replacing the engine computer would fix it, then oh finally it must be the transmission control module which is what the code initially came back as when I took it to Pep Boys. But after sitting for 8 hours (when I was told it would be 3 and half hours) with two kids it still wasnâ??t fixed and I was forced to come back the next day. I requested a rental car and my father was lied to and told the rental car company was closed. After my fatherâ??s own research we found that the rental car company was open. I am just beyond disgusted with this location and I will never have any work done at this location again. I should have known better when the technician left a can under the hood of my fatherâ??s car and it was not discovered until after days of driving it. Now after $2,500.00 nothing was done as instructed and caused a lot of unnecessary going back and forth. I feel because I am a female the rep Tom took advantage of that and made unnecessary repairs when I made it very clear I could only afford a specified amount of repairs. This place is full of gimmicks. more

Do NOT shop at Keith Pierson 12/28/2015

I am very dissatisfied with my buying experience at Keith Pierson Toyota in Jacksonville. I do not feel confident about my purchase and feel stupid for falling victim to their car salesman deceiving tactics. I’m going to explain where I messed up in hopes that you do not make the same mistakes. \r \r Do not tell them what payment you would like to pay monthly, if you do make your “ideal monthly payment” much lower than what you’re comfortable paying. I said I’d like to pay the same monthly payment as I’m paying for my current car. They had made it seem like they were doing me a favor by getting me there, they did not. The salesman will use the typical sales man approach by writing numbers high on the back of a piece of paper that you will make you say “No” in response. He will then leave and then magically return with a lower monthly payment. He might then also ask you how much you’re going to put down but be careful here because numbers are flying everywhere to confuse more

We went to Keith Pierson Toyota just to look and see what was being offered. We met Mr. Darryl Carter in the parking lot and from that point forward there was no pressure. Mr. Carter showed us both new and issued vehicles on the lot. He explained the benefits to both. He gave us an extremely good deal on a new Toyota Corolla. He even took time to explain to my son the workings of the car in detail. Mr. Carter treated us like his own family. more

I needed a new car after my son got in a car accident and my ""baby"" Scion XB was totaled by the insurance company. I called and discussed my issue with Daniel and he assigned Harold Elder to be my sales associate. Well, Harold was amazing and also, Bob in finance. They worked with me making the painful experience of having to find a replacement for my ""baby"" less stressful for me. more

Toyota in JACKSONVILLE FL is the WORST dealership to have YOUR car serviced. Bad Service!!! I went to their dealership to have my tires rotated and they broke all of my lug nuts. They other broke parts as well and charged me to fix what they broke. They were not responsible and did not offer any apologies or discount to show that they we sincerely sorry for their mistake. NEVER coming back to this dealership. Horrible service, business, quality of service, and customer service!!!!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! more

I bought my Rav 4 at Keith Pierson a few years ago and love the vehicle itself and the buying experience was one of the best out of the 5 I have had. But more recently I have enjoyed the continuous good service I get when taking my vehicle in for maintenance. Nick is great, the amount of time spent there is minimal, and the quality of service is excellent. Let's not forget the treats I can get from the cafe while waiting and the fact that I can get some work done using the Wi-Fi if I only have enough time to get my car serviced on my lunch break. It's almost time for an upgrade and I will be coming back to Keith Pierson. more

But more recently I have enjoyed the continuous good service I get when taking my vehicle in for maintenance.
