The level of service was superior, veryone was friendly and appreciated my business, which seems to be lost in this century. My dad's company, american radio is affiliated with Keith Pierson as well and I like to support small businesses. I love the highlander and should I remain happy with this vehicle long term, I would likely continue to buy exclusively from Keith Pierson because of my experience and the warranty.\r \r \r \r more
