Continuing to make me feel 5/28/2014

Continuing to make me feel like I'm the best customer that walked in the door. Other dealerships make you feel as thought if you don't purchase from them someone else will be walking in the door behind me so who cares. I never feel that way at Keith Pierson Toyota. more

Toya Brown a great sale person!! She is very knowledegable about her job. She was very warm and friendly. Toya did not make use feel like we were just a sale for her. We were very comfortable in the sale showroom and the finance office. When we first came our thoughts were that we will not be approve for anything. Toya gave us confidence that we will get a truck. Not a used one but a new truck! We are telling everyone about her. We love out new truck. more

I honestly can’t think of anything that would have made this a better experience. I had no issue with the entire process. This is my third purchase from Keith. All salesman are friendly and the financing is easy customer service great service department always does a great job. it is the little things that count like washing my car whenever I get service. Having internet clean restroooms and having a coffee while I wait. I have no reason to go anywhere else. more

The facilities 5/12/2014

The facilities are very clean and welcoming. I love the waiting area and the café. It is nice to have those availability options around while you wait. Internet was also available which was another nice touch. more
