The Karco Specialties facility is very clean, and the crew is very professional. They are also very thorough. I started using them maybe eight years ago. They wash your car, which is great! more

I trust Karco Specialties explicitly. They have always been fair and honest and their repairs are always with justification. I appreciate that they never talk down to me. I've been using them for about five years, and like to think of them as extended members of my family. This is a fair garage. They will work with you if you can't afford a particular repair. Plus, they make a prioritized list of what should be worked on first and most important to lest important and what can wait. I highly recommend their shop, it's a good one! more

Karco Specialties has taken good care of us service-wise. I have been using them for at least 15 years or more. I was a customer first for a few years, and then I became their insurance agent as well. They are very personal in the way they deal with their customers. They have a very clean operation at their location. If there are any kinds of problems after picking up the vehicle they ask that you bring it back in and then follow through with resolving it. They have good follow up and good follow through. They are nice people to deal with, and they are customer oriented. The quality at Karco is very good. Prior to going there I used a dealership for many years. You can't even compare the two. Karco is way above any dealership service center. I recommend them to people with Toyotas, Hondas, or other vehicle types they service. I have sent people to them, and they are still going there. I have purchased several new vehicles since starting at Karco, and I will only purchase Honda or Toyota so that I can take my vehicles there for servicing. I will never purchase another brand. When I go looking to buy a new car for anyone in my family, I only buy Toyotas or Hondas so I can take them to Karco. I really think they are that good. There is not a thing they could do to improve their service beyond what they provide now. I have been using Karco for about 10 years. I find them to be trustworthy. I like the attention I get when I have a problem. I like that they have a nice, clean waiting room, and I like that they offer a shuttle service for local rides. Also, they stand behind their work. If I have a problem, they take care of it. Many times I have taken one of my three cars to Karco and told them that there was a problem, only to have them check it out and tell me there is no problem. They do not try to fix something every time I think there is a problem. So, when they do tell me something needs repaired, I know I can trust them. They will not work on my car just to make money, they are actually fixing something when they perform repairs. Finally, I really appreciate that the people I work with are professional. I never feel that I am being talked down to. This is not a slimy place with shady people, they are professionals, and I like that. more

I have been using Karco Specialties since 1985. We are an all-Toyota family, and I have 3 sons who have Toyotas, so they work on all of our cars. They are tremendous in terms of service, friendliness, and efficiency. They do total maintenance on our vehicles, from oil changes to transmission repair. I have always been totally satisfied with Jay and Dick. I have been going to Karco Specialties for years. I started going to them on the recommendation of a friend, and now my father goes there as well. Between the two of us, we have taken 3 cars to Karco, and I keep my cars a long time. They are reliable and their prices are much better than the dealer. I think I have gone to the dealer once since I've been with Karco, and that was for a warranty thing. I think the fact that they specialize in two brands makes them especially effective. They are very flexible on appointments, and their service is excellent. And, they are easy to deal with. They spend time educating you if you have any questions. But, the main thing is they are trustworthy. more

I have been going to Karco Specialties since the late 80s. They are without a doubt the best auto mechanics, both in terms of proficiency as well as business professionalism. They are the best I have ever been to. I absolutely love these guys and I have come to rely on them completely for taking care of my cars. Karco also puts up with my preference for old cars. I do not swap cars often. I had my last car for about 13 years and I also have a 20-year-old short-bed pick up. You would think the technicians would be less courteous or somehow less professional with me for my insistence on hanging on to old cars, but these guys are completely on my side. They keep my cars running. I cannot speak highly enough about them. more

We have gone to Karco Specialties for about 15 to 20 years, and it has been good. Probably in the last 3 to 5 years Karco has expanded, and there has been a difference in the service. Some of the workers haven't been as clear in giving feedback on the status of the car. Also, in a number of cases I have had to bring the car back, which never happened before. However, they are very honest. Dick and Jay are very responsive, attentive, and ready to listen as well as correct things without any major headaches for the customer. We go there for all our maintenance and any major work that needs to be done. We will continue to go there, and will consider them when buying a new car. more

We started with Karco Specialties in the late 1980s, and they are awesome. They are really the most organized, and well-greased machine I have ever dealt with. Every time I go in there I tell them that they should give lessons on customer service. Karco is excellent on everything from making appointments to emailing reminders, to diagnosing and giving estimates. If you drive up not knowing what is wrong with your car, they will look it over and give you an idea of what it is and how much it will cost. I have had a Toyota Lexus since the 80s, and I would not even think of going anywhere else. When car technology started to shift towards electric, Karco investigated all of the technology necessary to work on that type of car. They are always on the cutting edge. Even as we are changing drastically in technology and on vehicles, they are always ready to help, serve, and accommodate you. Seriously, I have never seen a small, medium, or even large, company who is so thorough in everything they do. Like I said before, they need to give lessons on customer service. If I have to wait, they put a tag on my car to show I am waiting inside, so the mechanics know to treat it with priority. They are always ready to drive me home as well. The level of service outside the garage, with the desk and office, is just as great. I don't think I have ever worked with a company as professional as every single one of their employees are. I have recommended Karco Specialties several times. I have put a lot of miles on my car because of my commute. I had major repairs as well as minor repairs. They keep the car running well. It has never broken down except for a dead battery. I completely trust them when they tell me something needs replaced or when they tell me I have a certain amount of milers to go before maintenance is required. They also suggest other things that need done when the car is torn apart, so I get a better bang for my buck in terms of the things getting fixed before they become more expensive problems. I have been using them between 16 to 18 years. When it came time for me to buy a new car, part of reason I chose a Honda was so they could work on it. I put a lot of miles in my car commute-wise, so I need to have it running. Once it starts getting up in miles, you can get hit hard, and I trust where they are doing. Michael Wise more

Karco Specialties is the only place where I take my car; it is the only place I trust. They give me a fair price, and I know it is done right. I like Terry and the guys there. I have always been happy with their service, and I have been going there for about 10 years. They will give you a ride home if you need it. Karco's place is clean and neat. They keep your car and engine clean, and they wash your car before you leave with it. Karco gives good service and takes good care of my car. My car is 11 years old, and it is still like new. I have never trusted dealerships, but at Karco I know that they will do it right and that I will be treated fairly.
