We started with Karco Specialties in the late 1980s, and they are awesome. They are really the most organized, and well-greased machine I have ever dealt with. Every time I go in there I tell them that they should give lessons on customer service. Karco is excellent on everything from making appointments to emailing reminders, to diagnosing and giving estimates. If you drive up not knowing what is wrong with your car, they will look it over and give you an idea of what it is and how much it will cost. I have had a Toyota Lexus since the 80s, and I would not even think of going anywhere else. When car technology started to shift towards electric, Karco investigated all of the technology necessary to work on that type of car. They are always on the cutting edge. Even as we are changing drastically in technology and on vehicles, they are always ready to help, serve, and accommodate you. Seriously, I have never seen a small, medium, or even large, company who is so thorough in everything they do. Like I said before, they need to give lessons on customer service. If I have to wait, they put a tag on my car to show I am waiting inside, so the mechanics know to treat it with priority. They are always ready to drive me home as well. The level of service outside the garage, with the desk and office, is just as great. I don't think I have ever worked with a company as professional as every single one of their employees are. They have always been helpful.
