I've been using Karco Specialties for years. I've primarily used them for the maintenance of my car and then if I ever have problems, I just drop in and they're very good about taking you in and trying to correct the problem. They're very upfront about whether they can fix what needs to be fixed and price-wise whether it's worth it. I find them to be quite an honest shop. Their willingness to assist you in terms of squeezing you in for unexpected things is really great. And their transportation to your place of business pre-fix and after is also a really nice service to have. more

Problem free experience with a high level of confidence in the outcome. 7/31/2013

I've used Karco Specialties for at least the last 25 years, starting when they first went into business probably back in the late eighties. They are always very accommodating and honest. They have my best interest at heart and bend over backwards to make a painless experience. I leave there with a very high level of satisfaction that the job's been done right and that they back their work. It's a really clean shop that's well appointed and if you have to stay to wait for your car it's a very homelike environment. You feel comfortable there. I have no problem giving them an unequivocal recommendation. more

My late husband and I have been going to Karco Specialties for close to 25 to 30 years and we have several cars. I wouldn't got anywhere else. They are honest, trustworthy, and very skilled in what they do because I have never had a problem. They have been more than kind and fair to me and have always taken care of us. more

I know I can trust them 7/16/2013

As a woman, it is incredibly important to have someone you can trust and who is honest. As a widow, that was very important to me. After my husband died, I purposely bought another Honda so I could keep going to Karco Specialties. I know I can trust them. I've been a customer about 20 years. I think they're reasonable, they do excellent work, and are always there when I meet them. All the people that work there are courteous. I think they're awesome. I always recommend them. more

I tell them what to do, and they do it. 3/19/2013

I started going to Karco Specialties when they started, at their first location. They have always diagnosed the problem, given me the option to have them do the work or go somewhere else, and they have always done what they said they will do. They are not the least expensive, but their prices are reasonable and they do good work. Whenever I have gone with their recommendations and they've done the work, I have never had the problem again. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm lucky they're close by. more

I've been going to Karco for about twenty years and I've never had a bad experience. They never attempt to magnify an issue or be dramatic, they are always straightforward and honest. They are very good at anticipating future needs. Overall, They are just very reliable and honest. I would highly recommend them. more

I won't go anywhere else. 2/27/2013

I have been with Karco Specialties since 1984. There have been a couple of times when I have specifically bought a brand of car so that I could keep Karco as my mechanic. Even after moving further away, I still go to them. They have always given me excellent advice on repairs needed for the cars I own. Once, I took my car to the dealership for a repair because it was still under warranty. The dealership kept making mistakes. Eventually, I lost my patience, took it to Karco Specialties, and they fixed it. I preferred paying because I know when they say they'll get the job done, they'll get it done. They will keep working on it until the problem is fixed. more

Outstanding service has won my loyalty for 25 years 2/14/2013

I've been going to Karco Specialties for 25 years now. It's always an excellent experience. I recommend them all the time. They do great work and I trust them thoroughly. They have helped me buy cars by connecting me to customers of theirs that are selling their vehicles. Often, they will tell me that I don't need a certain service or part because I can get by with a cheaper version. In other words, they have saved me money. They document and explain everything. On top of all of that, they are reasonably priced. more

The best place in Orange County for repairs 2/13/2013

Karco Specialties are the best. I love them like they were my own sons. I've been going there for 30 years and they have taken care of 3 cars for me. They are the nicest people. They're very honest and are the best people to trust a car with. I'm a little lady all by myself and I trust them completely with my car. They are just super people. They are always on top of everything. I refer everyone there. What a great group of guys. more

Half as much as other quotes. Twice as good as other work. 12/3/2012

I had extensive work done to my Toyota 4Runner by Karco. After taking it to two other facilities, their expertise and quote were far better than anywhere else. It was half as much as other quotes, and the work was twice as good as other work. I would recommend them to any Toyota owners. more

We've been using Karco Specialties for over 20 years, and now our children use them for their cars also. With our first car, we had some trouble getting the car to the shop. Dick Karcozian actually came down and drove the car back to the shop for us. They've always taken care of us. more

I've been with Karco Specialties since the 80s, when they first opened. You can't beat the price, quality, or service. Every Toyota and Honda I've had has gone there for servicing. I don't think they could do anything to enhance their communication with the customer. They send emails, they call you, and they let you know exactly when your service is up. more
