Karco Specialties

I was referred to Karco Specialists by my son-in-law, who is a long-time customer of theirs with complete satisfaction. They give such excellent service. It is the only place I have ever taken one of my cars where I have never had to go back twice for the same repair. No matter what the issue, they have fixed it the first time. They are friendly and courteous at Karco Specialists and do what they can to accommodate me. They have transportation, and will take me to town and pick me up, or I can wait there. They are very customer-service oriented. They are very accommodating. I have always found that I get the best service if I stay with the same mechanic. At Karco I always have the same one. They also wash the car every time we go in. It doesn't matter if it is an oil change or a major service, they always wash our car. more

They are very straight forward at Karco Specialties. They are honest and did exactly what I needed them to do. I went in with my nephew's car with a repair that I knew would cost thousands; I was just worried about how many. They did what they needed to do, it was a good price, and it was really well done. Karco also had the next set of repairs needed to get the car back into shape listed for me. They were very helpful in getting my nephew back on the road with correct repairs. That was my first experience with them, and they did a straight-up, good, honest job for me. I found Karco Specialists on Angie's List, made an appointment, and then found out that my good friend had used them for 20 years. The whole experience was extremely good. With a car as old as my nephew's, I am always really worried about the price tag. Karco keeps me in the loop about what is eminent and what is ideal in terms of repairs. We are now on a program for fluids, both my car and my nephew's, and they do a terrific job. We have to make my nephew's car last, and Karco is an important part of that team. more

We have been with Karco Specialties for many years, and every time we have had a problem, or just need regular service, they take care of us well. I never have a doubt about their service. When I am in the shop I talk with other customers and I have come to realize that we all base our next car purchase on the types of cars Karco services. We know the service there and that we don't have to worry. Starting upfront the owners are great; they are people friendly and really take care of the customer. They don't rush the service, but take care of you from start to finish. Anything that needs to be taken care of, they are there to do it. They are just dependable. I have used Karco Specialties for more than 20 years. They have done everything on my cars. All the repairs usually turn out okay. I had one experience where they recommended I take it to a dealership, because the transmission was under warranty. The dealership said that the transmission was tampered with and that my warranty was invalid. I took it back to Karco and they helped me with it. They sent the transmission to a certified third party, and helped me gather all my paperwork together, including the service report. We sent it to Honda America and they ended up giving me all the money back to cover the repairs I paid Karco to do. The big thing about the service is trust. Even if they charge about the same as most people, when they tell you something is wrong it is really wrong. If they tell you something is okay, then it is really okay. It might be possible to get bargains other places, but you can't get that kind of trust. I will never take my car back to that dealer again. more

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Karco Specialties. I have been using them for eight years. I love how they always tell me what is going on with my car and what will happen if I don't take care of it. The service is always great. They will take me home if I want to go home, but if I do have to stay, they have a nice, clean area where I can sit and have coffee. They are very honest. Karco handles my entire company fleet (23 vehicles) and handles one of my personal vehicles. I don't think there has ever been a time when I went to Karco Specialties and they did not handle my problem. And I never have to wait. They offer the best prices, they have professional attitudes, and I like the way they handle business. They are always upfront and say it like it is. Not only is the owner a well trained individual, he gets his people trained and there is stability there because his people are happy.
