Karco Specialties has taken good care of us service-wise. I have been using them for at least 15 years or more. I was a customer first for a few years, and then I became their insurance agent as well.
They are very personal in the way they deal with their customers. They have a very clean operation at their location. If there are any kinds of problems after picking up the vehicle they ask that you bring it back in and then follow through with resolving it. They have good follow up and good follow through.
They are nice people to deal with, and they are customer oriented. The quality at Karco is very good. Prior to going there I used a dealership for many years. You can't even compare the two. Karco is way above any dealership service center.
I recommend them to people with Toyotas, Hondas, or other vehicle types they service. I have sent people to them, and they are still going there. I have purchased several new vehicles since starting at Karco, and I will only purchase Honda or Toyota so that I can take my vehicles there for servicing. I will never purchase another brand.
