Review content:
When I go looking to buy a new car for anyone in my family, I only buy Toyotas or Hondas so I can take them to Karco. I really think they are that good. There is not a thing they could do to improve their service beyond what they provide now.
I have been using Karco for about 10 years. I find them to be trustworthy. I like the attention I get when I have a problem. I like that they have a nice, clean waiting room, and I like that they offer a shuttle service for local rides. Also, they stand behind their work. If I have a problem, they take care of it.
Many times I have taken one of my three cars to Karco and told them that there was a problem, only to have them check it out and tell me there is no problem. They do not try to fix something every time I think there is a problem. So, when they do tell me something needs repaired, I know I can trust them. They will not work on my car just to make money, they are actually fixing something when they perform repairs.
Finally, I really appreciate that the people I work with are professional. I never feel that I am being talked down to. This is not a slimy place with shady people, they are professionals, and I like that.
