Karco Specialties

I have been a customer of Karco's for twenty-five years. Because of their service, I am able to keep my cars for a long time. I currently drive a Toyota truck that is twenty-five years old. They also worked on my other car, which I had for nineteen years. All the work they do is high quality, guaranteed. more

I have sent an innumerable number of people to Dick Karcozian and Karco Specialties. I would refer any Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus, or Scion there. I have been a customer of theirs for 30 years. I just go in and drop the keys off at the counter. They have never underserviced or overcharged me. I don't even discuss whatever needs to be done, and I have never had a problem, ever. And like I said, they have never underserviced or overcharged, ever. They're wonderful people. I can't tell you what they have meant to me, my wife, my kids, and my little kids over the years. We need to have a functional vehicle, and they are fabulous. It's at the point where I buy cars in that manufacture so that I can have them serviced at Karco. more

I have been going to Karco Specialties for about ten years. In that time, they have worked on three different cars for me. I trust them, which is important of a mechanic, and I enjoy the people very much. I have referred several people who are just as thrilled with them. They are extremely trustworthy and they look out for their customers' best interest. My only criticism is that they need a new TV in the waiting room. more

I have been dealing with Karco Specialties for many years. We have two cars that they service, a Toyota Land Cruiser and a Toyota truck. They do tires, windshields, and anything that needs to be done. Their work is just perfect. I love that I can talk to the person up at the front and they will know what's going on with my car. It's not like other dealerships where the person in the front has no idea what's going on with an individual person's car. more

I've had many good experiences with Karco Specialties. Basically, they're always considerate and take good care of us. I have been going there for a while now, and I'm confident in their abilities. When we go looking for a new car now, I always think to get a Toyota or a Honda because I know I can take them into their auto care shop. It limits what we can look at, but if we can get a reliable shop, I don't just want to give them up. Basically, they've guided our car buying choices. more

I have a very old car, and I've been taking it to Karco Specialties since sometime in the 80's. They always make sure everything works and don't pressure you for service unless your car really, really needs it. Now I take 4 vehicles there for service. They provide great service, are always reasonably priced and they know me well enough so that I can leave my car with them overnight and pick it up the next day with no problem. They are excellent! I don't trust anybody else, even sometimes the dealership with my cars. At Karco, they don't do any work that doesn't need to be done, I trust that when they say work needs to be done that it actually does. I have experienced other places and that is not always the case elsewhere. At Karco Specialties, they communicate with me and they don't take advantage of me because I am a female. We don't buy any vehicles that they can't work on, I own 4 vehicles that I know they can work on for me because I trust them and will never switch. Karco Specialties are extremely conscientious, very reasonable, and have your best interest in mind. That sounds funny to say that about a business, because they're ultimately in it to make money, but there's no money in dissatisfied customers. They work very hard to satisfy their customers. I was recommended to Karco by other people that take their cars there. I had a great experience from the start. They solved a problem with my car that nobody else could, and they didn't charge as much as I thought they could. Then later, I bought a car through them. It's one they had serviced for a long time and continue to do so, with me as the second owner. It's a great car. They will bend over backwards for you. I can call long distance and ask questions, and they're always very candid with me. They don't try and sell you a list things that aren't appropriate for your needs, and they are very candid unlike most places. They won't try to up-sell you by saying you need a glove box, and if your brakes have 40 tread left, they'll tell you your brakes have 40 tread left. As far as I'm concerned, they're a a premier auto service for their customers. more

They'll look at the car and make suggestions for repairs. If it's something I agree with, then I have no problem asking them to do additional things as I see them. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO KARCO SINCE 1987. I HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA TO OVER 250 MILES AND WOULD DRIVE BACK FOR MAJOR SERVICE. It is amazing to me how you can go into an operation and find ten guys working in there, with 3 of the guys up front, and all of them act exactly like the owner does, which is excellent. I've known the owner of Karco Specialties for a long time, and he has done a tremendous job. Everybody operates exactly like him. You couldn't run a cleaner and better operation than he does. Even though he has ten mechanics working, when you go inside it is immaculate. I am even more impressed with the operation of the business, and I wish in my business my employees would emulate me like they do the owner at Karco Specialties. I've been taking my cars to Karco Specialties for about 15-20 years. I drive about 45 minutes to get there, but it is well worth it. They have always done a great job caring for my cars. I am confident that they will get the job done and will get it done right. I've never had any problems with my vehicles. They will tell me if nothing needs to be done, or what can wait and what needs to be done now. I'm always 100 satisfied with what they do. Karco Specialties has always been excellent. We have multiple cars that get serviced, and whenever we call them we never have any trouble getting an appointment and getting the service done in a timely manner. If anything pops up, they are always good about calling immediately to ask if they can keep the car longer, and they call if it is done sooner than expected too. The car is always clean when they are done, and if I have any questions they always answer them. Even as a female, I've never felt that they don't take me seriously. They are always fantastic, and very helpful. more

We've been taking our cars to Karco Specialties since 1986. It's hard to find a good and honest mechanic. I've recommended them numerous times over the years to people looking for a good shop to go to. I think they do really great work and are nice people to deal with. more
