Excellent service performed by John on our A/C unit. He arrived earlier than scheduled and I was called by the office to let me know he was on his way. He was very courteous and explained the problem clearly and fixed the unit in a timely manner with the materials he had in his van. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service and will definitely be using them again! more

After paying thousands in parts we didn't need and diagnostic fees from a competitor service, we called in John Waters. They gave us an honest assessment of the problem on our AC unit and fixed the issue for less than 200$ when their competition already had told us we needed to start shopping for a new unit. Since then we have relied on them for all of our heating and cooling issues. Joan, who does all of their scheduling is particularly diligent and professional and has been a pleasure to work with. more

Overall, we were pleased with the service on our AC//heat pump. 7/2/2014

We were having trouble with our (7-year old) AC/heat pump not keeping our house at 80 degrees. The technician at first thought it was likely the refrigerant. We agreed to try that fix. When he added refrigerant, that did not fix the problem so he determined that the TXV needed to be replaced. He checked on the warranty and explained why the AC was not keeping up. We got the recommended service and it took less time than he thought it would. The only concern we had was we are not sure how we could prevent the part from breaking down again. He did not seem to have an answer for that other than the age of the AC/ heat pump (Lifetime 10-13 years). more
