Excellent service 12/29/2014

We have had John Waters service our furnace and air conditioner for three years. They are always very professional and keep us informed of any problems that may come up in the future. They always do an excellent job. We also had them rewire our entire kitchen and install pot lights and under cabinet lights and they were very thorough and professional and they did an excellent job. They even sent a supervisor by to check the job and make sure we were happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend John Waters, Inc. more

We initially had Bryant come to our house but the guy sounded like he didn't know what he was talking about and diagnosed it BEFORE he saw the unit. He heard the noise it was making and decided it needed a new fan and motor in addition to a condenser and compressor. He tried to charge us $1,600 in parts and labor and said those were just estimates, the labor may be more than that. We got on Angie's List, found John Waters, it ended up costing us $429 including the labor, parts and another check up for the fall. I can't say enough nice things about John Abell. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I'm so pleased that we were able to find a company that wouldn't take advantage of us!!! more

Great Experience and Price 12/15/2014

I found myself in a position where my heat exchanger cracked. This is a costly repair no doubt, but every other company I called pushed very hard to sell me a new furnace. Being on a tight budget, I needed the cheapest option available. After speaking with John Waters, Inc. I was told of the options up front. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job on the repair. You can't go wrong with these guys! Highly recommend! more

Completely satisfied with service 12/5/2014

John Waters, Inc. brought to our attention that our heating pump was not working properly, of which we had no idea. They were prompt and thorough. They were also neat, tidy, and quick. They didn't require much on our part, and just went about their job. They also explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we knew how to operate the new heating pump. The new heating pump works great. They were friendly without being intrusive. They were also quite personable. I felt they were available to me as the customer. more

Not sure what to type here 12/4/2014

Was told by serviceman that I would have to "pay" to have filter in humitafier replaced. Told him to do it & that I was going to call office as I felt that I had bought the best Gold plan that they sold........ After he finished, he found out that I had paid for it and wouldn't owe anything. Said that the office didn't have it posted on my account. more

Kind and professional work. 12/4/2014

I appreciate that John Waters called me when they were running late due to an accident on the freeway. I have a humidification system that prevents mold from being circulated in the house and the guy who came to fix it had to do a lot of customized work. He was very clear on what he was going to do, because I am not a very mechanical person; very kind and professional work. more
