John Waters has been prompt to respond to our service needs - even a couple of years ago after an ice storm, when we had problems after we lost & then regained electrical servicce. We were very grateful that one of the managers came out to diagnose our problem and have heat restored. more

The Technician was very polite and kind. He put on the protective footwear before entering our home. That is a very respectful practice. He was very through. I especially liked how kind he was to our dog. He completed the job and made recommendations. We have never had a bad experience with John Waters, Inc. We have used this company for many years. They are trustworthy, reliable and get the job done. more

Charges too High 4/11/2014

After receiving a good reference about this company we call them for what turned out to be a service that took less than 30 minutes to complete. The first bill was over $160. After significant negotiations they did reduce the total bill to under $105. Their adjusted fees still included a $10 Fuel Surcharge and a trip charge of $41. That said, $51 for them to come to the job site (within Metro area) seems excessive. Not only can I not recommend this company, the person that gave me their name will not longer recommend them either. more
