After paying thousands in parts we didn't need and diagnostic fees from a competitor service, we called in John Waters. They gave us an honest assessment of the problem on our AC unit and fixed the issue for less than 200$ when their competition already had told us we needed to start shopping for a new unit. Since then we have relied on them for all of our heating and cooling issues. Joan, who does all of their scheduling is particularly diligent and professional and has been a pleasure to work with.
