would not recommend 3/5/2014

I was charged $209 for 30 minutes work. There were NO parts used. The tech worked for 30 minutes, cleaned out a vacuum line by blowing into the line. I called and asked why this was so expensive. Got no answers and was told I would get a call back from a higher up. Never got a call back. Would not recommend this company at all!!! more

Found the problem, got the part and fixed it same day. 2/26/2014

Fixed the problem misdiagnosed by another company and fixed it within a few hours. Saved money by joining their service program. Will use again. more

All technicians are professional. When an equipment problem does arise, managers are good to work with. We have purchased from John Waters, 3 A/C units, furnace and two house re-wires. more

Came out after 10pm...fixed my problem in 30 minutes 2/7/2014

My heat went out late at night and everyone else I called said they would not be able to get there until morning. This company came out that night and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. The technician also did not mind that I was watching/learning what he was doing. Nothing but the highest respect and admiration for this company. more

They were courteous and very professional in doing my repair and fall check up and even found ways to improve the efficiency in my system that the people who installed the system failed to put in place. I will use them for all my repairs/checkups. more
