John Waters, Inc. brought to our attention that our heating pump was not working properly, of which we had no idea. They were prompt and thorough. They were also neat, tidy, and quick. They didn't require much on our part, and just went about their job.
They also explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we knew how to operate the new heating pump. The new heating pump works great. They were friendly without being intrusive. They were also quite personable. I felt they were available to me as the customer.
