We initially had Bryant come to our house but the guy sounded like he didn't know what he was talking about and diagnosed it BEFORE he saw the unit. He heard the noise it was making and decided it needed a new fan and motor in addition to a condenser and compressor. He tried to charge us $1,600 in parts and labor and said those were just estimates, the labor may be more than that. We got on Angie's List, found John Waters, it ended up costing us $429 including the labor, parts and another check up for the fall. I can't say enough nice things about John Abell. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I'm so pleased that we were able to find a company that wouldn't take advantage of us!!!
