John Waters installed my gas furnace about 4 years ago ( fair price, timely installation and good product). I use them 2 times a year for furnace and AC clean and check. The technician recently serviced my AC. He was on time and efficient. more

The office of John Waters, Inc. was accommodating to my needs. The serviceman (Glenn) called to give us advice soon after we spoke with them. He was running a little late (about 10 minutes), but did an excellent job cleaning the exterior compressor. more

Every person we dealt with was friendly and professional. We had a new air conditioner installed. They were willing to work with our schedule and work into the evening. They did a very neat job. I had an APCO unit installed to reduce the allergens in my house. The night before the installation was scheduled, the humidifier on my furnace stopped working. The John Waters service tech did not miss a beat and graciously added the extra work into his scheduled. They followed up a few days later. Definitely recommend! more
