The appointment was convenient, follow-up reminder was helpful and accurate. Technician was on-time, knowledgeable about my Air Conditioning, furnace and Hot Water Heater. He explained the symptoms he was seeing in our 16 year old system. He recommended an auxiliary circuit to prolong our unit. He completed that upgrade at the time of service. In addition, he provided valuable advice on operating our system as well as cost estimates for duct cleaning and HW heater replacement. He was friendly, courteous and respectful (wore a mask and shoe coverings inside). I’d be happy to have him back.
My suggestion to JA Bertsch is that you provide the highest quality replacement filters. Mr Van Horn explained the use of lower MER filters, but I would still recommend higher quality.
I will recommend Bertsch and plan to use them for future system replacments.
