We have twelve year old carpet that had worn in three area's. Nails were coming through and walking around the house was a danger zone. While driving along Alessandro I saw the Inland Empire carpet repair SUV and thought that is what we need. I called and Don could not have been more professional. Calling to let us know when he was coming and making sure the time worked. He went over what he would need to do and ended up having to take carpet from a closet. He replaced the worn area's and did a very good job. In two of the area's you could not tell they had been repaired. The highly trafficked area will take time to become the same color, but this was explained before the job was done. If you are not ready to replace your carpet, you can rest assured that you will get a reliable and good repair. I am glad we made the call. more

We had some water damage and had to pull the carpet back to gain access to the leak. Then our Yorkie (Bella) decided to dig a few holes in the carpet. We called Inland Empire Carpet Repair ... I have berber carpet that has a pattern. I have called several carpet repair places and no one would work on berber carpet even without a pattern. Don came over when he said he would. He said the job should have cost more because of the pattern, but did not charge me more. He explained the whole process while working. He takes pride in his work. He does not rush. I called IECR to see if they could repair the damage my dog did on my carpet. She tore up where the carpet meets the tile, as well as about 4in w. x 4ft long of stuffing. Don came and did an amazing job, and made it look as if the damage was never done. He saved me a lot of money because my landlord would have charged me to rip out the whole carpet. Thanks Don! more

We had removed carpet in the dining area and put tile down. We needed the remaining carpet seamed to the new tile. I called our regular carpet cleaning guy (NOT Don) who said he provides that service as well, so he came out and put tack strip down and nearly RUINED our carpet! He was here for about 6 hours, and the line where the tile and carpet meets was wavy and loose, the tack strip literally came up with one tug of the carpet, and he NAILED the top of the carpet into the tack strip!! You could see nail divots about every inch of the way down! I was HORRIFIED! This was 2 days before we were to host 40 people for Thanksgiving! I called Don @ Inland Empire Carpet Repair, who came out the next morning with his son, and they were EXTREMELY professional, educated us on how carpet wears, etc... was honest in telling us that we didn't need new carpet (although he could have sold it to us, and we would have believed him!), and then they put down TWO layers of tack strip, made the line super clean and it looks WONDERFUL!!! It's been 4 months since they were here, and every time I look at the work they did, I still feel so relieved that I found them! Sorry it took me so long to write my review, but it's the best money we've spent on service EVER in our home. Thanks Don & son! more

Really nice to do business with. It was easy to contact them via email and they got back to me right away with a phone call and an email. When they got here I didn't have all large furniture moved, but they were able to do it. They cleaned and stretched my carpet and it looks like new! more
