Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

My puppy chewed up my carpet 1/23/2014

The job was great! you cant even tekk that I had a whole right in the middle of my door way, great job. also learned alot about carpet etc. Don was very professional, great attitude. I'd refer him :) more

I was pleased when I was calling different companies trying to get a quote on carpet stretching for my home he allowed me to text him pictures and gave me an accurate quote before he even came out. This allowed me the comfort of knowing exactly how much the project would cost me before he even came to my home! He was very punctual, friendly, did a fantastic job and left us with a few tips to prevent any future damages! We were very pleased with the services! more

Outstanding work; Great results 11/6/2013

I needed to have my living room carpet pulled up and rolled back for some contruction work. Inland Empire Carpet Repair showed up on time, as promised and pulled back carpet exactly as requested then came back on the date requested to re-tack the carpet. They di a great job of laying, stretching and tacking the carpet back down. Great job!!! more

Great service 11/6/2013

Don made a special trip out to my home in la quinta - quite a haul. Before he came out I thought I needed four rooms fixed. Once there he pointed out that it wasn't necessary to fix a couple rooms. He actually down sold me. That's putting the customer first. Results were just what I was hoping for. more

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of this company. Mr. Splitt was on time even though I had given the wrong address inadvertently. His wife was the only company that called me from the inquiry from the website immediately. Mr. Splitt's work made the carpet look new again and was very understanding of the situation.
