Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

I Manage a Luxury Townhouse Community in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. I deal with many vendors on a daily basis. This community's carpet is a dense pile of Berber that is no longer manufactured. It unravels just by looking at it. There is almost always damage upon move out by my residents. Don is a magic man. He has done seamless repairs saving us thousands of dollars. He is punctual, professional and courteous as are his workers. His prices are very fair. The company arrives with a state of the art appearance and equipment and almost always complete the job on the same day (some of my jobs are pretty big ones). The repairs are undetectable, no one else knows they were ever there! I don't know what I did before finding them. I will use no one else for my carpet repair. more

Don was professional and very knowledgeable with repairing my carpets and adding tack strips to areas after having tile installed in my home. He took his time to explain how to care for my carpet and tile when moping and vacuuming. I have already scheduled him for a full house carpet cleaning. more

Carpet repair 3/13/2016

I had some very bad snags in my carpet I didn't think could be repaired. I can't even tell where the damage was! I will have them back when the carpet needs cleaning. I would not hesitate recommending them. Thanks! more

Good Job 12/17/2015

I'm moving and had to repair some pet damage. They used a section of carpet from my closet so it would match so that's great and the replaced that patch with a remnant that they had. BUT now I've got an obviously new patch of carpet butted up next to the old. It was a small section right at the entry of the room and it was $175. And that didn't include a cleaning. Not even of that area so it wouldn't look so off. The carpet is fixed but I'm disappointed because now I have to have it cleaned. This is costing me more than if I had just let the landlord take care of it and deduct it from my deposit which is what I was trying to avoid. They were quick and professional. And the tech did a great job. There's no seam or glue or tacks anywhere. But major discoloration. more

An unexpected surprise! 11/18/2015

I thought my carpets were hopeless but gave IE a call for a last ditch effort. Don was prompt, organized and completely thorough AND my berber carpet looks like new. Job well done and I recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning and repair. Great job!~ more

Everything went well from initial contact with this company to the end of the service. They were prompt,polite and did an extremely good job. The price was more than I usually pay, however it was well worth it. I only had my carpets cleaned yet they spent a good amount of time doing a very thorough job. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company highly. more

Carpet Stretching 10/14/2015

This was a very pleasant experience hiring Inland Empire Carpet Repair. A previous estimate with a different company was like haggling in a foreign country. Started at $1,200 and ended up at $600. By that time I was pretty angry. The professionalism and attention paid to us by IICR regarding what we needed exactly was handled extremely well. The technician listened, analyzed the problem and provided an on the spot reasonable quote before beginning the work. He moved furniture when required. The completed job was very satisfactory. We highly recommend that company. more

Excellent/Honest Service Company 10/9/2015

This Service Company is one to keep in your reference file for future use and referrals. Don and his wife communicate well and keep their schedules. I have been living with squeaky upstairs floors. Don stopped by in the morning and cut the carpet so I could make the repairs to the floor. He stopped by on his way home and put it back together. Done in one day at a fair price. He also gave me an education on carpets and tools used. They also install new carpet. more

could not have been more pleased. Had stains and they asked for a picture first so they knew what they were dealing with. When finished they sent me a picture of their work. spotless. I live an hour away. I would recommend them to anyone more

Great Company 7/26/2015

Dan was a hard working and knowledgeable technician. He performed his job quickly but thoroughly. My bedroom carpet was badly stretched and had a large ripple. After Dan re-stretched and shampooed the carpet, it looked like new. The shampoo used had a very pleasant citrus scent and my carpets are clean and beautiful again. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends. more
