Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

Carpet re-stretched after room flooded; repair made 5/5/2014

We had some ripples in our hallway & living room as well as some damage from pet scratching. These fine folks got right down to business and did a great professional job at a fair price. We'll go to them first when we have any more carpet needs in the future! more

Did a a great job! 4/16/2014

A Nu-look did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpet, tile and upholstery. All carpet stains were removed. and the grout seemed like new. Would recommend this company to my friends. more

Mutiple rooms needed stretching and repair. All work was done professionally. It was obvious that Don and his crew cared about the quality of the work they provided. The job was walked before work began so everyone understood the scope of work, estimate of work given and after completion all work was walked down to assure customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Inland Empire carpet repair for any carpet repairs or installation. I'm very pleased with the result of their efforts. more

This business was recommended to us by a friend when we needed a carpet repair. Inland Empire Carpet Repair was absolutely the best! They responded quickly to making an appointment time, sent a timely reminder and did a courtesy call when they were on their way, did an excellent repair job [you would not have even known the tear existed!], and were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this business for any carpet repair work you may need. more

Friendly, professional, courteous, honest and high quality workmanship 2/25/2014

The father/sons crew arrived at the scheduled time, made introductions, assessed the damaged areas and got right to work. The way the job was to be done was described to me and, when completed, I was told how to care for the repaired areas and what to expect. Overall, I was impressed with the crew as well as the job they did and would not hesitate to refer them or have them return to my home. more

Happy with repair 2/21/2014

I'm so very pleased with the repair work Don has done on my carpet. Because of his expertise and quality service, I now have a carpet to be proud of. No longer am I embarrassed to have family and friends over. I had a carpet full of ripples in every room of my house, making my carpet look very unattractive. I thought of buying a new carpet, but thought it to costly as I'm on a fixed income and I really couldn't afford it. But with Don's very fair and reasonable pricing, I didn't need new carpet. All it needed was stretching and cleaning and it looks good as new. I highly recommend his service to everyone. Thanks Don. You have made me a happy camper! more

Completely satisified! 1/31/2014

Our ten year old carpet was in good condition, just had some wrinkles. Don Splitt gave our carpet just the facelift it needed! Looks great and should get a few more years out of it. This detail orientated homeowner would use Don again in a heartbeat. more
