Everything went really well in my experience with Inland Empire Carpet Repair. My little fur children had done quite a number on my carpets and so I gave these guys a call to see...

Worst

Maybe try to get a free estimate from someone first. We would've appreciated a free estimate first. Ended up spending three times more what we expected to.

Excellent results. Worth the money. 10/4/2016

As a prior owner of a carpet cleaning company for 10 years, I have a tendency to be very critical of the quality of the work and of the service in general. The price was a little steep but I took a chance and had Don come out and clean my entire house. I was beyond pleased with the result. The carpet looks like new. There was no smelly residue. It was fluffy and soft to the touch and due to his low water system, it was dry in no time. This is a REAL professional company and it is definitely worth the money. more

Help in a hurry 10/1/2016

They were great, I had a flood in my house and the insurance company only gave me two days to get the carpet cut and stored. Inland Empire Carpet repair came right out and took care of it for me. Thank you. more

Inland Empire Carpet Repair is a company that I am very pleased with at the moment. They came and carried out the job really quickly and efficiently which I was happy with. The cleaning itself was also carried out to a very high standard and done thoroughly. I shopped around a fair bit before deciding to go with Inland and their pricing falls into the competitive category for sure. On top of that their staff are really professional and clean, I have absolutely no complaints! I would recommend them highly. more

My recent move into an older home came with old carpet that was very dirty and stained in several areas. I can thankfully say that Inland Empire Carpet Service was 5 Stars hands down in getting the carpet to look clean and stain free in all rooms! From my first call through the expert cleaning, everyone was professional, and Don (who cleaned the carpets) was friendly, tidy and very thorough with each room ... he even made some minor adjustments to untacked carpet without additional charges! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Inland Empire Carpet to everyone! My only regret is that I failed to take "before" pictures ... you wouldn't be able to call IEC fast enough if I had posted before and after! So, just imagine: before : old and dirty, now: (after) CLEAN and STAIN FREE and looks like it was just installed! REALLY, it's that clean!! more

Getting ready to put the house on the market to sell and not wanting to buy new carpet I decided to have it stretched and cleaned-not only does it look fantastic it has never looked cleaner and fresh-almost brand new-very reasonable and NO pressure to replace the pad-Honest company!!!! more

We had our living room carpeting re stretched. The carpeting developed wrinkles about 18 months after it was installed by another company. The service was timely and the quality of the work was outstanding! Our carpeting looks like brand new again!! We had the carpet underneath the bedroom door replaced because the dog tried to dig herself out of the bedroom. The service was fantastic. The guy who did the repair was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He even looked at some other spots we had concerns about and gave good advice. I will use them again. more

Had water damage and needed part of padding replaced. They did an excellent job matching the existing padding and stretching the carpet. Had them clean it as well. Can't even tell anything happened. Looks and feels great. Highly recommend! more

I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the owner who took care of all my carpet issues there were stretching issues and repair problems; a bleach stain, a frayed edge where it met up with tile, replacing padding that had worn out under a portion of the rug...all done beautifully. I am completely satisfied, thank you!! more
