We have twelve year old carpet that had worn in three area's. Nails were coming through and walking around the house was a danger zone. While driving along Alessandro I saw the Inland Empire carpet repair SUV and thought that is what we need. I called and Don could not have been more professional. Calling to let us know when he was coming and making sure the time worked. He went over what he would need to do and ended up having to take carpet from a closet. He replaced the worn area's and did a very good job. In two of the area's you could not tell they had been repaired. The highly trafficked area will take time to become the same color, but this was explained before the job was done. If you are not ready to replace your carpet, you can rest assured that you will get a reliable and good repair. I am glad we made the call.
