I'm moving and had to repair some pet damage. They used a section of carpet from my closet so it would match so that's great and the replaced that patch with a remnant that they had. BUT now I've got an obviously new patch of carpet butted up next to the old. It was a small section right at the entry of the room and it was $175. And that didn't include a cleaning. Not even of that area so it wouldn't look so off. The carpet is fixed but I'm disappointed because now I have to have it cleaned. This is costing me more than if I had just let the landlord take care of it and deduct it from my deposit which is what I was trying to avoid. They were quick and professional. And the tech did a great job. There's no seam or glue or tacks anywhere. But major discoloration.
