Dan was a hard working and knowledgeable technician. He performed his job quickly but thoroughly. My bedroom carpet was badly stretched and had a large ripple. After Dan re-stretched and shampooed the carpet, it looked like new. The shampoo used had a very pleasant citrus scent and my carpets are clean and beautiful again. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends.
