Odd 7/19/2011

I came in for the Essential Oil Body Wrap which I had never done before. I really considered the Choc/Orange one but was told that was more of a winter wrap. The oil rub itself was fine although the 3 choices of oils to pick from were not my favorites. The thing I thought was odd was the head/hair massage. While I was wrapped that was this head massage but it was more like a hair pulling massage. It kinda hurt and was not relaxing at all. I wasn't sure if this was what it was suppose to be like. Other than that, my appt was at 2:15. It was a few min after when I was checked in and taken back and shown how to do the locker and get changed. After the service, I went back to the locker and saw it was 3:11. The overall massage time was more like 40 min, not 50. more

Glad to have found Kate Bethea 7/17/2011

I truly am. I have some issues with hereditary arthritis and migrane headaches. Kate has been able to help me find some relief from the chronic pain and fatigue that accompanies these issues. I have been to both the Utica Square and South Tulsa location. Overall I think she is the best you have from both locations. Please keep her around!!! :) Look forward to when i can make it back in. more

It's so hard to find someone who "gets" you AND your hair...and Kristin Yarbrough at the 81st and Memorial location did just that! She listened, provided great feedback, and, boy, did she deliver!! Best color I've EVER gotten!!! The service was fantastic and the environment was so relaxing (head massage AND hand massage!). There were even oranges in the water! All-in-all, I LOVE my hair! Thanks Kristin! PS. That flat iron is RIDICULOUS!! :-) more

A refreshing experience 7/13/2011

My pedicure treatment was very well done. Enjoyed the hydrating treatment with hot towels. My specialist was very attentive and friendly. The only area of improvement I would recommend is offering massage chairs rather than benches and sinks with jets. Overall, all staff was friendly and inviting. A very pleasant atmosphere. more

Nicole is such an amazing stylist, she has never done anything less than perfect and amazing on my hair. She has a wonderful loving personality, she is funny, sweet and caring, she listens well and always makes me feel great! She truly has an amazing god given talent for hair!! I have a lot of muscle tension in my upper & lower back that causes me a great deal of pain & migraines.. Derek put me at total ease & let me know I was (literally) in good hands. He was beyond wonderful. I left with a goofy smile plastered to my face that I have yet to rid myself of.. more

Love my hair! 7/8/2011

Margaret did an awesome job on my hair! I had gone somewhere else and got a horrible cut and color but Margaret was able to save my hair, keep my length, and give me a style I love! Everyone was very friendly! Great atmosphere! more

Of course,as always, Kate was fabulous. She is personable and professional. She touched up the color she had so eloquently repaired for me last month...and, as always, I enjoyed my stay at Ihloff. I love the professional, relaxed environment. It's kinda like going to my therapist, only more fun because I look great when I leave. :) more

Our whole family uses Blake at the 81st Street location. Knowing that she will still be in the salon every 6 weeks after her move to the Norman store is so comforting! We all love her. She listens to what we each want, is professional, and yet we all have fun while we're in her chair, too. Norman is very lucky to be getting this tremendous stylist... more

Relaxing Pedicure 7/2/2011

My favorite part of any pedicure is the foot massage. It was excellent! Also great attention to detail on my cuticles and polish. The only thing I would suggest would be to offer water before the pedicure began...I was parched by the end. more
