Great Salon! 10/12/2011

Kaitlyn is an excellent hair stylist! She is thorough and always has her client's best interest in mind. I was nervous to cut my hair months ago. When I came in, I was actually suppose to be with someone else whom was with another client. It was the best switch up though because now I go to her all the time and she does such a great job. She has an eye for styling and for the exact color you are looking for to color. Ihloff is a great place to relax and have a day at the spa :) more

Facial with Gina 10/11/2011

I have had many facials over the years but never have a been so relaxed and felt so comfortable as my facial with Gina. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! When I woke I felt wonderful. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a great facial and a great experience. more

Katie is Awesome! She does mine and my daughters hair, and we couldn't be happier. Whitney and the girls at the reception counter are always very helpful and friendly as well. From the time we walk in, to the last good-bye at the door we feel like we have found a great place to call "home." So happy to be an Ihloff customer. more

Coffee House Music Terrible - Service Great 10/4/2011

Hmmm... hair service was awesome, as always. I seriously fell asleep in the chair twice to the boring coffeehouse music that was playing. Katie - still love you, girl; but I'm bringing an iPod next time. :) more

Polite, efficient, friendly 10/1/2011

I stopped in to buy a gift card. Staff was friendly, polite, and wrapped the card in a box with potpourri, then put it in a gift bag with tissue. Very pretty and unexpected! more

Excellent and Enjoyable 9/30/2011

As always, I received excellent service from all at Ihloff. Nicole expertly highlighted, cut, and styled my hair to perfection, as always. Whitney is delightful as well, and treated me to a color-on-color session. It's nice to relax and feel as if I am amongst friends there. Thank you! more

Gift Certificates 9/28/2011

I went in to get a gift certificate for my daughter who recently moved to Kansas City to get her Masters Degree. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we are thrilled to see a familiar salon in the Kansas City area! It is going to be so wonderful to know that my daughter will be able to get friendly and excellent service in her new surroundings! more

Emergency appointment 9/26/2011

After a major mistake at another salon, I was able to get an appointment on very short notice. Thankfully the color correction was spot on. And much appreciated. I only have one complaint about the salon. I do not think there should be an extra charge for a blow out following a color without a cut. You can't tell how the color looks until it's dry so if you want to check the color, you have to pay the extra $50.00 for the blow out. The charge for a color is not cheap. Seems to me a blow out should be included in that cost. more

Bad experience 9/26/2011

Came for an Express Facial and eyebrow tint. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the brow tint. Not much help from your salon to fix it, I had to call my hair dresser who fixed them free of charge. I have light strawberry blonde hair, the woman at your salon dyed them DARK BROWN. They looked AWFUL! more
