Had a face waxing and a pedicure. They were right on time. The waxing was done correctly; the pedicure was nice-- and it was very relaxing. This was in the South location. more

Wonderful Facial 9/24/2011

The facial I received at Ihloff Salon was wonderful! From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect and warmth. The changing room is well stocked with everything you need from hair bands, brushes, lotions, etc. A great experience from beginning to end! more

Your website 9/19/2011

I don't know who set up and designed your website. It is very user unfriendly! In the past I was able to purchase gift cards for my daughters-in-law on the website. These were sent to them at no additional charge. I tried to order on line, plodding my way through the annoying process,and from what I could tell a $10 shipping charge would be added. They live 1/4 mile from the S. Memorial salon!! I can understand a minimum postage and handling charge. Fortunately, I had a visit planned to the Tulsa area and bought gift cards at the salon. When I inquired about the website and these issues, as I suspected the receptionist didn't know anything. Nor did she offer to seek out someone who would know, possibly a manager. Unfortunately, your website has made it too much of a challenge to purchase gift cards and I will have to go else where. more

Ihloff is great place. The only draw back I experienced was that my stylist bumped up a level and I was not told so when I got to the register to pay I was surprised at the increase in price. I wish I was informed ahead of time before I arrived so I would've been prepared. more

I walked in to Ihloff and instantly felt like I was at home. The hot beverages, the service and the conversations I had with my stylist left me feeling overjoyed that I have found a place to go when I've had a rough day. BEST salon/spa in Tulsa! more

massage 9/15/2011

I was looking forward to a massage and was very disappointed. I have experienced many different techniques thru the years and have always enjoyed a massage. Yesterday was the first time I experienced pain, instead of pleasure. I mentioned it several times to Kate, but for some reason, we just were not on the same page. She was apologetic afterward, but I was left disappointed with the experience. more

I was beyond happy with my experience at Ihloff Salon on South Memorial. I was greeted promptly by my stylist (Lori), she listened to what I wanted, she worked fast but chatted easily with me while highlighting my hair, and when she was done my color was exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in 90 minutes, and I have a ton of hair. I scheduled my next appointment with her before I left...I am beyond happy with the results!! more

My curly hair!! 9/12/2011

I came in with long curly hair and wasn't sure what to do with it! I knew I wanted a change and Katy Garcia, understanding the whole shrinkage of curly hair once cut, gave me a cut that added fullness and life back into my unruly curls! Thank you so much Katy you have managed to give me a cut know one else has managed to do!!! Unfortunately Aveda products have never had enough hold for my hair so Paul Mitchell helped fix that! more

First Experience at Ihloff 9/4/2011

I made this appointment because my daughter goes there and absolutely loves it. Never have I ever had a hairdresser ask me what my life was like, what I enjoyed doing and what type of hair style was I looking for. Blake did all of that and more. She was delightful and very, very good. I absolutely will be back for more of wonderful service and Blake. I recommend her highly. more
