Disappointed 8/3/2011

I was not impressed with the salon and do not plan to return. The staff and nail tech were nice, but the nail tech left blobs of glue on my nails and the polish has streaks. It was also very hot in the salon. For the prices charged, I expect greater attention to detail and a more comfortable experience. more

Hair experience 7/31/2011

Nicole is such a professional and a great stylist. I loved my cut and color, but was disappointed in the keratin smoothing treatment. I even bought the expensive shampoo and conditioner. The first time I washed my hair, it went from smooth to curly. more

Love, Love Love my Hair 7/29/2011

When I moved here over a year ago, I wondered how I was ever going to find someone as good as my previous hair stylist. I thought I should try a Aveda salon since that was were I went in Colorado. I walked into the salon on Memorial and inquired about the stylist, I wanted a male stylist, and the young lady at the counter recommended Stephen Hoyt. Well, one year later I am so happy with Stephen. He has done such a wonderful job on my hair and he makes even my thin, blonde hair look great!! more

Massage 7/27/2011

Do not like the use of hot wet towels during massage. First, the towel is too hot. When the towel is removed your back or feet are wet and then you get a chill. It was not relaxing at all. A fan was running in the massage room the entire time and I didn't appreciate the extra noise. When the towel cools off and your back is cool, the fan blowing on your back was very chilling. Just not relaxing at all. more

I love this Salon.... if only I had more money I would take advantage of all the spa options also. Even though getting my hair cut and colored here every 6-8 weeks is expensive for me, I feel that strongly about getting it done by experts. I want my stylist to continue growing with the Company... but to stay with her I've got to pay more... I guess it is the way it is. more
