I came in for the Essential Oil Body Wrap which I had never done before. I really considered the Choc/Orange one but was told that was more of a winter wrap. The oil rub itself was fine although the 3 choices of oils to pick from were not my favorites. The thing I thought was odd was the head/hair massage. While I was wrapped that was this head massage but it was more like a hair pulling massage. It kinda hurt and was not relaxing at all. I wasn't sure if this was what it was suppose to be like. Other than that, my appt was at 2:15. It was a few min after when I was checked in and taken back and shown how to do the locker and get changed. After the service, I went back to the locker and saw it was 3:11. The overall massage time was more like 40 min, not 50.
