Charles M (HVAC Service Technician) was extremely professional and resolve the heating issue with my Gas Furnace. It took him less than 10 minutes to find the issue and less than 5 minutes total to resolve it. He provided excellent insight in the age of the unit, recommended services that should be done for the unit. Will use Horizon services again in the future. Thanks Charles. more

I had a sewer line installation yesterday. I just wanted to say that all of the personnel I dealt with performed in an exceptional manner! I am delighted with the results of their project! They worked in a very professional manner and accomplished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They took great care to ensure that the worksite was kept orderly, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves! The person who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me what he did when he finished. He explained the company's fees and the papers I needed to sign. He also looked over the other pipes and my hot water heater and assured me that there were no more visible leaks, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with my experience with Horizon Services and will call them again for future needs. more
