The technician was fabulous! I was worried because I thought they would try and sell me on something that I didn't really need and it turned out to be a simple problem that my husband fixed the day before! And even when I asked about a bigger job for our upstairs AC, he suggested just getting window units rather than spending tons of money on a service they could provide. That honesty meant A LOT to me! I wasn't pressured at all and would definitely use this service in the future! more

The technician was fabulous! I was worried because I thought they would try and sell me on something that I didn't really need and it turned out to be a simple problem that my husband fixed the day before! The person who came to our house was very polite 6/27/2011

The person who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me what he did when he finished. He explained the company's fees and the papers I needed to sign. He also looked over the other pipes and my hot water heater and assured me that there were no more visible leaks, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with my experience with Horizon Services and will call them again for future needs. more

actually it was the best experience I've had with anyone who has ever come to do work on my house. no kidding. these guys were personable and knew exactly what they were talking about, even pointed out problems by heating oil company missed. because of their knowledge and what they found i was able to get my oil company to come out and do the repairs for free. i will definitely use Horizon again. more

I was happy 6/13/2011

I did have to call Horizon back the same evening because  there was a leak after the new parts were installed in the upstairs bathroom, but I guess things do happen. I called later that night around 8:00 p.m. and someone was immediately dispatched to my home and the problem was solved....just needed a little more soldering. But, again I really appreciated the way the call was handled and how Horizon saw to it that the job was done right and I was happy. I was satisfied with the work that was done and certainly plan to call on Horizon again. more
