Jamie V. came out to my house and was extremely courteous, professional and explained in detail how he was going to fix my heater. He also gave good recommendations for future maintenance. hardworking guys 3/11/2011

I had some plumbing work done a few weeks ago, and let me say I was very pleased! I live in Oxford, Pa and the service Tech came all the way from Bear De. to do the job. His name is Steve and he was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking guys I have seen. He took the time to go get parts and do a task that was unusual and required some thought. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving and that I was totally happy with the job. more

they things right 2/25/2011

On Saturday there was a leak in the exact same spot through the powder room ceiling hole that was there from the first repair.  Ryan did come back to our house, found a new leak and fixed the problem.  He also gave us written estimates to replace the tile and tub or another option to put in a molded unit.  Ryan's level of customer service really impressed me!  I, too, deal with customers all day and I appreciate the time it takes to do things right. more
