Whenever anyone asks me, ""Where's the best pizza you've had in New York?""...well, you get the idea. Honestly, I've only been here once, since I live in Queens, but to me, this place is the epitome of New York City pizza. I recommend the Pizza Margherita (basil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and garlic). It's simple, but that's what pizza is supposed to be, especially if it's from Little (or Big) Italy. Naturally, with such a historic landmark restaurant, there are long waits for tables. Believe me, though, it's worth it. The interior feels old and charming. There is an upstairs that offers additional seating, so be grateful, otherwise the lines would probably be twice as long.
Pros: Best Pizza in NYC, Historic Landmark, Cheap Too!
Cons: Long Lines
