Mike Erickson.. he has been taking care of my 2009 Lincoln MKS since it was born there. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to assure the car is properly repaired. The car got hit on the front drivers side and was in a shop (recommended by insurance) for three months! After several tries and two trips back they could not get the head light right. Mike came to work early while it was still dark out so he could see for himself the problem, and BAM, he knew what to do and fixed it sooner than expected and it was still under warranty. The windshield sensor wasn't right, Mike handled that perfectly too. Mike is the only person I know I can trust with my car. From the littlest light bulb in the back seat to making my Lincoln a safe and smooth running machine. One of the things I appreciate most about Mike Erickson is his awesome communication skills.
