This was a great experience from the dispatcher who originally booked my work order to the service call. My technician (Ben) arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue causing the horrible noise coming from my furnace. He found a problem with the blower motor settings on the furnace that at least three other repair people had missed previously. I have tried a few repair services in the past that featured a no-charge service call; unfortunately that also came with no-fix service. Thanks so much for solving the issue, I will definitely call Gorjanc again when I need service or am in need of a new furnace or AC. more

Overall experience was very good. 4/1/2013

Nate was on time, did a great job. I was impressed. My only concern was after the fact, other people telling me that I overpaid. I don't know what prices are for water heaters/installations so I hope that is not true. more

Hot Water Tank Replacement 3/26/2013

My initial call to get help when our hot water tank was emitting a burning smell was handled quickly and professionally. Ben came out and assessed the problem quickly (two dead birds in the vent). Our hot water tank needed replacement and he came back the same day and did a great job putting in the new one. We are very happy with the quick service and quality of work! more

Nate is very helpful. Once I called the service department, they sent Nate in 40 minutes. Nate diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, called to order the needed part, and once the part was in hand, he fixed the problem very quickly. He is very professional and friendly. I am glas I called Gorjanc today. more

Furnace wouldn't run at 9 pm Saturday night. Steam boiler. 1/20/2013

At 9 pm Saturday,January 19, 2013, after a very warm day, I realized my furnace wouldn't start. I was able to get Gorjanc Co. on the phone and within a few minutes a furnace man called me back. Nate talked me through things and we got it going by resetting the flue heat sensor. Since it had been a very windy day, which probably caused the problem, I opted to have Nate come out on Sunday to look it over for safety. I was only charged the Saturday rate. The next day he came out and checked that there were no blockages to my flue or chimney and that the unit was ok. The service was excellant. My only complaint is that there didn't seem to be an easy way for Nate to get my model number, etc. So I had to find the information at my end for the phone part. My furnace was installed by Gorjanc and I had just had an big repair of electrical parts 3 months ago. more

5 Stars Because That's the Highest Available 1/3/2013

This company is A-1 PROFESSIONAL. I called EVERY heating company in my monthly Angie's List Book. Keith, who answered the phone, was the MOST courteous, and professional person I spoke with. He answered ALL of my questions. He told me I could get an appointment that afternoon. Keith called to let me know my Service Technician, Mike Manzo would be to my home within the hour. Mike handed me his card as he came into my home. He was courteous, professional, HONEST and efficient. He explained what my problem was, what needed to be done, and things I could do to keep my furnace efficient. I want to KEEP professionals handing my business. I signed up for their very reasonably priced service agreement. I will sleep WELL, winter or summer. GREAT COMPANY from START to FINISH!!!! more

Great Service 12/31/2012

Mike was great! This is our "new" house and he walked us through our furnace, air cleaner and humidifier set up and required maintenance. He was patient with our questions and was extremely helpful. Our very hyper golden puppy also thought he was the bomb! more

Furnace left us cold until Gorjanc. 12/6/2012

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and the fan kept running blowing cold air. I called Gorjance because of all the good reviews I have read about them. I had the work done professionally. They put plastic covers over their shoes and had my furnace up and running in no time at all. I got a call from management the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Neil was fantastic, courteous and helpful. For anyone seeking true professionals call Gorjanc! more

Nate did a great job of cleaning and replacing furnace parts this fall. 12/5/2012

I have been a Gorjanc customer since 1990 and the service has always been outstanding, including installing a new furnace in half a day in mid, cold winter after finding a major problem at the time of maintenance. All their service providers are very professional and show up promptly when needed. I am grateful to have found them so many years ago. more
