My entire family and extended family has used Gorjanc for years. We have had exceptional service the entire time we have been using them. The company recently was very quick to reschedule some appointments that they had to cancel, and I was very pleased with the timing that they were able to do that in. Also, Gorjanc seems to be a very family oriented company with care and concern for their employees as well as their customers. more

Ben is neat and professional! 5/9/2012

Dear Gorjanc, Ben came to our home today, May 9, 2012, for our annual checkup on the air conditioner. I like the recorded phone call from Gorjanc the day before the appointment, and Ben, our service person, shows up on time at 8:00 a.m. Ben has a nice appearance and is neat and clean. He answers all our questions (we ask lots of questions) in a quiet professional manner. Ben puts on the blue plastic over his shoes/boots. Ben is honest, and told me what to expect in the future from our outside air conditioner. Inside our home, he made the thermostat/temperature work. Our summer is sure to be pleasant!! Excellent - Customer service and technician performance. 4/22/2012

I was kept fully informed by the main office as to the arrival time of my technician. As it turned out the tech ran into major problems and was running late. I was given options as to when my service would be performed. I chose to re-schedule. Technician NATHAN arrived on time for the rescheduled appointment. Well dressed, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I value my Service Partner Contract. I get priority attention and a discount on parts that may be required for my unit. Well done GORJANC. more

Grant Shalter was very courteous and knowledgable. He listened to my concerns, and offereed a wide choice of solutions to the needs of the aging air conditioner unit. He used shoe covers when in my home, and left the work area clean. He performed all tasks professionally. more
