The air conditioner service provided by Mark was quickly performed and very professional. A thorough explanation was provided and we were provided with written copies of the suggested future services required. As a Service partner member we shall continue with the program. TNX more

Air Conditioning Appointment 7/21/2014

Nate came to do our air conditioning check last week and, as always, did a very professional job. He informed me of some problems and, after his advice, we settled on what to do for the time being. He left the job in excellent condition, and I appreciate his honest approach to the situation. more

Great Service! 7/2/2014

Mark was at our house today checking our air conditioner. He was very polite and courteous. He even noticed that the valve on our hot water tank was leaking - something we had not yet noticed! Neal, in your office, is always very pleasant to talk to. He is very efficient & helpful. Keep up the good work! more

I received a call telling me Nate was on the way and he arrived promptly. My 8 year furnace has never been cleaned so thoroughly which was also true for my furnaccleaned so thoroughly AC ha 6/24/2014

I received a call telling me that Nate would arrive in 20 minutes and he arrived promptly. My 8 year old AC has never been cleaned so thoroughly which was also true for my furnace last fall. It is clear that Gorjanc technicians are well trained, both technically and in customer service. They are up front about the cost of service and their payment plan actually saves money. I would be happy to have Nate return in the fall to service my furnace and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the service they provide. more

We've been loyal Gorjanc customers for nearly 20 years, and we've never been disappointed in their service or their technicians. We recently had Mark Matsko out for our annual AC check. He was right on time. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Although our unit checked out fine, Mark informed us that the unit was 19 years old and he was able to suggest a compressor saver which could extend the life of the unit - no pressure to buy, the choice is always ours. As always, I was impressed with the fine service. more

I called Gorjanc Comfort Services for the first time at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. I got a call back by 8:15 on Monday. My problem was solved (and it was not a small repair) by 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Nate came to my house, and professionally and efficiently returned my a/c unit to service. The cost was very competitive and Gorjanc will be my regular bi-annual servicer for the foreseeable future. Best call I made all week! Thanks, Nate. Thanks, Gorjanc! more

Excellent service 5/17/2014

Gorjanc has replaced my furnace, sump pump and hot water heater. Most recently, Mark did a wonderful job installing a Nest thermostat. Everyone that has provided service over the past six years for routine furnace and A/C maintenance has been knowledgeable and professional. more

Mark Matsko is a very prompt, courteous and professional technician. He serviced my furnace in Nov. '13 and I'm pleased that he returned for my annual a/c service on 4/21/14. Mark does a very thorough job and I feel confident that his suggestions and recommendations re: my heating and a/c system will keep them in top working condition. more
